Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment it is a reserved time slot, exclusively for you. If you need to cancel, please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than (24 hours) before your appointment is scheduled to happen, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.
